Our patient came to us that she looked tired because of her lower eyelid bags and wanted us to remove them. We did scarless transconjuctival blepharolasty for her along with fat grafting to her tear troughs so that she gets smooth eyelid cheek junction. This is her 12 days post surgery result and it shall only improve further as the swelling reduces
